ABOUT ME

Hi there, I am Josephine Desgrand (NolongerfatJosie)

I lost 62kgs in 11 months by changing my diet and becoming more active. It wasn’t easy to begin with, completely changing the way I ate within the first two weeks was a challenge but once I could see the fast progress I didn’t want to quit and it became a lifestyle. I have managed to maintain my weight for the last 6 years and have had two beautiful baby boys in that time. I created my page NolongerfatJosie to show other people that it is possible and to not give up. I decided to share my story with the world in hopes to inspire and help other people overcome their own obstacles. I want to further support and help people reach their goals.
